In-house flour milling and feeding

 

water-air co-atomization powder production technology, combined with our proprietary wax-based/plastic-based feeding system, ensures material stability from the very beginning.

Precision molds and molding

 

Imported continuous sintering furnaces from Germany and Nissei injection molding machines, along with a Class 100,000 cleanroom, ensure molding precision.

Sintering and post-processing

 

The entire process—from catalytic degreasing to high-temperature sintering and precision post-processing—is completed in-house, with precise and controllable process parameters.

Advanced Technology(Bazhou)Special Powder Co.,Ltd is a joint venture holding by AT&M,which located in Hebei Province in China.The new joint venture is the powder business inheritor of AT&M.

The JV offers a range of powders including soft magnetic powders, Metal Injection Moulding powders,pre-alloy powders for diamond tools,powders for auto engine valve seats and guides,and powders for filtering materials.The JV is the famous specialist powder manufacturer in world,total capacity reach to 10,000 tons per annum.

Inherited more than 60 years of powder metallurgy technology precipitation from Central Iron and Steel Research Institute(CISRI),we are dedicated to build up a prominent national brand and aim to be a leading atomization powder materials supplier worldwide.

Multi-component integrated molding

 

MIM enables the integrated molding of multiple parts into a single unit, significantly reducing assembly steps, enhancing structural strength, and lowering overall costs. It is particularly well-suited for micro-scale, thin-walled, irregularly shaped, and highly complex structural components, making it an ideal solution for high-volume near-net-shape manufacturing with annual production volumes exceeding 100,000 units.

History

From the establishment of the General Research Institute of Iron and Steel in 1952 to the present day: Over 70 years of technological advancement and industrial transformation

1952

The General Research Institute of Iron and Steel (the predecessor of China Iron and Steel Research Institute) was established, laying the foundation for authoritative scientific research in the fields of metallic materials and powder metallurgy.

1988

The company was the first in China to launch R&D in MIM (Metal Injection Molding) technology, becoming one of the pioneers in China's MIM industry.

1996

The first MIM industrial plant has been established in Changping, Beijing, marking a key breakthrough in the transition from laboratory research to large-scale production.

1998

Advanced Technology & Materials Co., Ltd. was officially established, and the MIM business was incorporated into the company's core business segment.

2000

ATM has successfully listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 000969), accelerating the industrialization of MIM.

2002

A modern MIM R&D and production facility has been established at the Yongfeng Industrial Park in Zhongguancun, Beijing.

2003

Acquired High Mag Magnet Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. to establish a presence in the Pearl River Delta and create a coordinated production network spanning the north and south.

2006

The Beijing MIM plant has been fully relocated to Kunshan, marking the launch of the East China MIM Industrial Base to support high-end manufacturing in the Yangtze River Delta.

2013

Advanced Technology & Materials Co., Ltd. was established to build a full-chain MIM smart manufacturing base.

To date

The company has established three major production bases: Beijing research and development, Kunshan ATM, and Shenzhen High Mag, with annual shipments exceeding 200 million units. The company has obtained certifications including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 13485.
